When you place an order or booking through our website, please select your preferred shipping method. We offer the following delivery agents:

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday with a cut-off time at 4:00 PM WIB, and on Saturday with a cut-off at 12:00 PM WIB. No shipments are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Alternatively, you can pick up your order directly at one of our warehouses. Choose from the following locations:

Warehouses are open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM WIB to 4:00 PM WIB. No pickups are available outside operational hours or on public holidays.
